These terms govern your use of www.symphonyinteractive.com (the “Site”), operated by Symphony Interactive Inc. (“Symphony Interactive”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about Symphony Interactive and our building automation, audio-visual control, human–machine interface and software development services, and about our products such as Conductor. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Product features, specifications and availability may change without notice.
Any services or products we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement between you and Symphony Interactive. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

The content of the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, screenshots and the Symphony Interactive name and logo, is owned by Symphony Interactive or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish or distribute Site content without our written permission.
Crestron, AMX and other third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes products we work with and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The Site may link to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
